iOS9 Vs. Android m

"Undoubtedly Apple had changed the way computer machines being used by the users; though it was previously mesmerized by Windows. But, with Apple's iOS and OS X things get changed a lot especially for iOS. No more fixed computer machines needed any more infrastructures!! With iPad and iPhone powered by iOS, devices get a new look and performance that can be accessed from anywhere at any point of time. Isn't amazing? Change is the only truth of nature; with introduction of Google's Android OS, the battle between two clashes begin!! Over time, iOS remain at top but, now things are getting inclined towards Android at a very rapid pace. The previous version of Android L had wowed the industry with extraordinary features and a sudden U turn in the Operating system with an intention to beat iOS8 at any cost. So, now the industry is again anxious to know what will happen when there will be a strong clashes between these two. Let’s have a quick comparison over upcoming iOS9 and Android M."

New Features: Both Apple and Google are aggressive enough this time; the competition is damn strong. In a way, Apple wants to keep its prestige and popularity intact in the industry whereas Google is trying maximum to overdo Apple with its upcoming offerings Android M. Last time, Google amazed the industry with its material design and many other features that were used to be a flagship status for Apple. This time Google's Android M is fully prepared to make the battle even classic than before. On the contrary, Apple is not leaving any space to Google to rule the industry. Apple is going to introduce multi app support for its iPad users again, it also coming with many inbuilt apps especially with News apps. The performance of iOS9 has increased a lot and hence the battery backup. iOS9 is proactive enough with the latest Siri for efficient management of resources. On the contrary, Android M has many new features like Android Pay (just like Apple Pay); though it seems to be a copy from Apple iOS8, but the fact is different and you might be unaware of the same. Android pay is an older concept developed by Google before long years when it launched its android 2.3 Gingerbread. Again, in Android M, you will get better Permission APIs i.e. when a user is installing an app from Google PlayStore, they need not to enter the Permissions repeatedly for different app installation. They can simply give a set of permissions i.e. predefined by the user itself. Other features like Finger print scanner and Google Doze will definitely make its distinction mark in the industry. In any case, iOS and Android app development professionals are surely living in interesting times.

Look and Feel: Many experts are saying that, Google is borrowing the design pattern and hence look and feel of Apple. In the first developer edition of Android M showed a black theme but later on on August 17th, they have changed it to White probably due to excessive criticism from the industry. But we wish the black theme to come in the original version because this is simply awesome. On the contrary, Apple never copies anyone (might be a virtual concept though). Its look and feel is always at its par. There is no comparison between Apple's iOS9 and Android M in this department; the clear winner is Apple.

User experience and ease of use: Again, Apple is so beautiful that a small kid can work with it. On the contrary, Google is no more leaving any option for Apple. With the preceding Lollipop version, it is very much cleared that Google can outperform apple any moment and the same is expected here from Android M with more realistic and visually attractive look and feel that will definitely mesmerize the user at an affordable cost of investment to hold an Android M machine.

Apple pay vs Android Pay: As informed above, the virtual payment method or contactless payment method was a mediocre concept from Google's Android 2.3; though the industry could not realized its true potential then. But now, both Apple and Google are having a clash for the same. Apple had launched it one year ago with its iOS8 and now Google with its Android M. But since there is a gap of one year in between; it is expected that Google will remain little behind. In fact, it is already predicted that it will fall behind considering the fact that, Apple's pay is popular in USA, UK and other developed countries with association with many merchants and banks; Google's Android Pay is going to start only with USA. The UK market will remain untouched for quite some time until it found to be a successful one in the pilot operation mode.

Fingerprint scan is common!! Yes, this time Android M is coming with the finger print authentication option. No more hassle for payment, purchase or accessing data. It can be done in a sing thumb! Well, the feature is already there with iOS8 and so it is well ahead in the industry. Similarly, Google is going to introduce USB C which is simply awesome. It will eliminate the unnecessary irritation for connecting the Mini slot with mini and the micro with micro end; because both the ends are similar in nature. Moreover, the speed of data transfer and charging will be much faster. But let’s see how many devices are going to support this feature!!

Compatibility: unlike Apple that produces both fruit and seed inside; Google only produces seed not the fruit!! :) So, it is common to find every apple device to run on the latest version without any delay. In fact, all iPhones and iPads will run on iOS9 on the day of its public launch itself with exception with very few older versions of iPhones. On the contrary, Google's Android M will be updated to its flagship machines like Nexus and Sony on the very first day of launch through OTA (on The Air). Whereas other products will get update in a gradual process like Moto X, Moto G, Moto E and followed by few Samsung, LG and Sony models and of course the devices that comes under Android One platform. Moreover, all Apple devices can run the latest version without any glitch but this might not be the case with Android devices.

Verdicts: The two OS are not yet launched for public. Until we get them in reality and analyse the response from public; it will be absolutely biased to comment on the verdict. We are keeping this secret as a secret for little more time until the show begins. Have a nice wait.
